Spoke with Jason about an issue with my insurance that predated his branch taking over my account. I couldn't ask for a better experience. One key thing to having a good business is how you handle issues. I won't say how many years I've been with Allstate, but I think our relationship with them began when I was a teen. Many years of near perfect service. Definitely give Jason a call!!! Support local always.

No issues while using them but then when leaving allstate was completly lied to by this office about cancelation policy and slapped with a charge after being told I'd be getting refunded money and there was no fees. Glad I'm away from them

Update: i was asked by Jason to remove the negative review because according to him it's false. Even tho it's the experience I had while dealing with his staff and how I feel. His staff did not explain things well or clearly in terms of cancelations. After talking to allstates regular customer service line they agreed that multiple things were omitted on the call and I have every right to be upset and to leave my review. I'm not an insurance agent I do not know to ask for every single term an insurance agent might possibly use. broad spectrum of "are there cancelation" Should be enough to cover the whole cancelation. Customer service rep last night told me he would be livid about the situation too and not want anything to do with allstate.
