To Whom It May Concern, I would like to recommend Kimberly Ferrara and her company Bancroft Business Appraisals. Mrs. Ferrara was a pleasure to work with, completed all her work in less time than expected and provided us with a detailed business appraisal with explanations and justifications of results. This appraisal was not a simple valuation; Mrs. Ferrara’s expertise was very evident in the creation of this complex business appraisal. As a commercial real estate and business broker she not only was able to evaluate the business, inventory and assets she was also able to provide a valuation of the real estate tied to the company. I found the business appraisal provided was very well written and substantiated the valuation of all aspects of the business. I found Mrs. Ferrara to be very pleasant, highly competent and a very ethical individual. She communicated her thoughts, ideas and conclusions clearly and concisely and in a timely manner. Mrs. Ferrara remains available for questions on the report and always communicates very promptly.
