For quite sometime, Emily Zimmerman has done more than waste my time as an agent in the real estate business. From first contact, I felt that she may not have the experience needed to be just that - an Agent, a represtitive of a potential buyer of a home. For more than the last two weeks (2/10 - 2/21 about) she did more than waste my time - I lost the potential to buy the house I knew I was going to buy. I live several hours away, pre approved, spent hours on the phone with internet companies and had one house in particular at the top of my list and a few others. I maintained constant communication with Emily throughout all of this. However, I have nearly a decade of experience in the auto sales industry as a successful salesman and manager and in the end, I almost want to not blame Emily Zimmerman but her management for lack of training. Last weekend, I stayed on top of Emily, asking her if the house at the top of my list had any showings as I would get down there immediately to have enough time to consider putting an offer in. As I live out of state, I brought to her attention as we planned several days in advance for my apointment to be on 2/21/2019, that weather may delay my apointment and may be a few hours behind. She said it was fine. But the morning of me leaving where I currently live, she texts and says "Hey, let me know before you leave please, I DO have other showings this afternoon." I terminated her services instantly. In this type of business, especially when you have someone pre approved, you know is coming from out of state, has spent hours on the phone with business' in the area to make sure the location works out, as an agent - YOU SET THE WHOLE DAY ASIDE! Not just an hour or two, especially when days prior to the apointment, they identify to you that 8 inches of snow and ice is in bound and may delay a few hours the arrival at the house for a showing. Emily tried to say that she had enough experience, but she DOES NOT AT ALL. Because the entire time, including the morning of the apointment 2/21, I continued to ask her to contact the agent specifically and ask about apointments and offers put on the house. She as usual said "I can see everything on line, showings, apointments and offers, there is no offer on the house yet." Unfortunately for me, I did find an amazing agent on the fly on my way down to North Carolina to find out, THERE WAS AN OFFER on the house and it was accepted on 2/20. I could go on, but in all reality, anyone with common sense can clearly see, Emily Zimmerman is not someone you want to represent you. The entire time I was talking to her, she seemed to care only about one thing - how many apointments she had scheduled. I had to keep working around her schedule, I should have stopped working with her prior, because as I saw the house, I LOVED it and was planning to buy it, BUT IT WAS TOO LATE. Not only did I waste the trip, but I lost the house because Emily would not do what I asked - "Can you call the agent and find out about apointments and offers please, because I'll drive through the snow if I have to, I don't want to lose that house!" Thank you Emily, for making my dreams just that; not a reality. If I were her principle broker/manager, I would pull her from dealing with clients and make she is properly trained, her agency lost money, she lost money, and now a negative review. I would have outbid any buyer on the home I saw, regardless of how high they went on an offer, I knew I wanted to buy that home, I just needed to see it. Emily knew, as I told the entire time, I was a buyer. Thank you Emily.

Awesome real estate company. The two stars is for the agent we worked with. We do appreciate all the work done and efforts taken by that agent but at last There was a breach of CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY for defaming us without understanding agent's own mistake and misunderstandings as well.

I dealt with Kimberly Gonzalez who was fine. However, the office was extremely disappointing. None of people tere were wearing masks even though there is pandemic taking place and the omicron variant is highly contagious. I just had two friend die this week from covid so it is real for all the non-believers!
