I have been with Farm Bureau of Kernersville for over 10 years. Truly great people to work with, and I could not recommend an agent more than Eric Allen. Eric is always a pleasure, and genuinely wants to make sure your family is taken care of.

Had this insurance company for over 2 years

I did my first claim due to wind damage and the adjuster didn’t approve my claim

Because of (long term damage) when the house never had a roof leak before

How would I know it was long term damage?

I am not going to be climbing on my roof to look for long term damage

Not cool all they want is to collect collect money and not pay a dime

I’ve been with this agency for years. I’ve been paying full coverage for a brand new vehicle only to discover it was only being covered with liability… they said because I never paid a $25 membership fee… seriously? My payments have been drafted from my bank since I started with Farm Bureau years ago…

They let this happen so your not actually covered but they still drafted $146 a month for my full coverage…

If I would have wrecked, my brand new car wouldn’t have been covered…

I had Dalton McGuire as my agent and it was golden until he was promoted and I got some smuck in his place who never communicated this change to me…

Beware this scamming fraudulent insurance scheme… just switched to State Farm, no membership hidden fees to worry about.

After that, I made a change to Erie, which doesn’t really fit dynamic lifestyles so recently I reached out to Luke at Farm Bureau who did an outstanding job. I couldn’t be happier. Caitlin has been amazing as I recently moved from a larger insurance agency to NC Farm Bureau. She has been very attentive and has pre-emptively taken care of several parts of transitioning over to save me having to make a dozen phone calls and dealing with the stress of moving both home and auto insurance. She's also done a phenomenal job of explaining the processes and guided me through it making things very smooth. This on top of the really good rates I received from Farm Bureau saving me literally $1200 per year in insurance. I would likely still have gone with Farm Bureau had Caitlin not been great simply due to the rates, but her work ethic and communication skills really hit it home for me.
