Terrible service and very unprofessional. I was supposed to have a meeting with LORELEI SPROTT at a home I was interested in purchasing. I waited at the house for over an hour without any communication on why they were late or a time to reschedule. When I tried to contact her about this issue she was very rude and dismissive stating that she had something come up and didn't owe me an explanation. I will never work with this company again if they employ people like this. If I could give negative stars I would.

Excellent service . Jules was on her game for us, she helped sell our home and find us a home that we really wanted. She had to jump through a lot of hoops getting us into our new home! She kept us updated on all the listings and stayed on top of our lender to get everything in order.I highly recommended Jules for your home purchase or sales. 👍🏻

I would 100% recommend working with a different company. There are SO many realtors in Lake Havasu City! Make sure you’re dealing with someone who has your back and doesn’t make excuses.
I have purchased 12 homes and this was by far my worst experience. I have ended up working with the seller/buyer directly more than my own realtor.

**Update** I saw the owner response. I wanted to have a private conversation so I emailed the main office and no one has responded.

Had an awesome experience with Jules Campell on the sale of our property!! There's no excuses, she just get's it done!! Jules is a very professional young lady!! People I have talked to say she goes above and beyond the call of a realtor, helping with the sale of furniture that they could not get rid of.. And taking the time to find somebody to help move their furnishings. Jules just helps people who need help! Very knowledgeable about the real estate market and what's happening today! This young lady will get your house sold or find your dream home!!!

Absolutely avoid this company. They have terrible business practices and take more than 10% without even letting the seller know and then they have another agent come in and take another 5%. More than 15% commission. Stay away!

Had the pleasure of working with Crystal Callagy from Mountain Desert to sell my mothers home. Crystal was great to work with. She helped us price the home in this crazy real estate market, got several offers inside a week, negotiated a great close and handled all the details. Who could ask for more! Highly recommended. Was unfortunately put in touch with Matthew Krumwiede through the Realtor app. I was looking to buy some land, they connected me through to him, I start explaining what I wanted, and within 10 seconds he cuts me off, talks over me, and says "sounds like you already have an agent good luck" and hangs up. I don't have an agent and have no idea how he came to that conclusion from what I started to say. I tried saying that I don't, but he had already hung up on me. Then I get a text and hour later saying he looks forward to working together. (May be an automated message through the system). I'm just blown away by how unprofessional he was. Mind blown why any group would want him on their staff.
