I've been a loyal SF customer for 26 years, both Home and Auto. I'm not happy at all with my experience here! I was told my home rates wouldn't go up this year, but they did. I was mislead about my Auto rates. Cody has never reach out to me, even after calling to complain.
We have multiple SF agents in the area, I'd definitely choose another office for your insurance needs, I changed agents.

They weren’t kidding when they said “like A good neighbor, State Farm is there” I’ve had the pleasure working with Jennie, Cassie, Matt and Cole and have had nothing but the best experience with all of these agents, they are all extremely knowledgeable, professional, personable, kind and always go above and beyond assisting with any questions or issues we have come across! The lasalle agents are a top notch, 5 star dream team!
