This company used to have 5 stars from me. Previously they were on top of their game. I don't know if they got too big to handle all their clients or have just become complacent and expect you to stay with them. My insurance rates, with no claims, almost quadrupled in 2 years. Could my agent be bothered to call me and go over this? No. I had to get notice from my escrow company about my rate increases. Then Jeremy blamed me for not calling his office to schedule a review of my policies before the rate increased. Save yourself time and money, go elsewhere.
