Hands down WORST pharmacy I have ever been to when it comes to keeping you waiting.. in line , on the phone, it doesn’t matter. If you don’t mind waiting in line for an hour everytime you pick a proscription. This is the place for you. And they are always out of everything. Thanks

This place is nightmare.my child doctor order his medicine last night I went next day evening they still didnot v ready his medicine wait over 30mintes plus’s wait in lane .took me over 1 hour to get my son medicine never recommend wallgreen to anyone bad services same like there distributions center nothing better and changed .respect the time for people come wallgreen hire more people to improve ur services .never be back with wallgreen again.u will losse ur coustmer now .no more wallgreen

If I could give no stars I would. I don’t normally write reviews but this place is actually so trash. Every time I go through the pharmacy window it takes 20-25 minutes for ONE car. There’s ALWAYS atleast 4 cars here making the wait time AN HOUR. What’s the point of having a drive thru Walgreens? By the time you get to the window you could have gone to a different city picked up your prescription and been back home. After today I am going to a different pharmacy.

Honestly I think people are so rude at the pharmacy, I see the technicians working really hard and I appreciate them. I understand it’s out of their control if things aren’t in stock. I was able to get my medication and honestly don’t blame the staff at all. They deserve more credit and should be treated like humans. People in front of me in line were the rude ones, truthfully…

Got snapped at by the Pharmacy worker because I had a question if I could move a prescription to a Walgreens closer to my home instead of waiting an hour with a sick person sitting uncomfortable in my car. I didn't realize the Walgreens pharmacies were all connected, the Urgent Care doctor insisted I had to go to this location even though it was further from my home. When I told him I would go to the Walgreens closer to my home instead, the 1 hr wait he told me initially suddenly became twenty minutes.

Would be nice if the Pharmacy workers showed patience and fully listened to the concerns of their customers before biting their heads off. I just wanted to know if I could get the prescription filled closer to my home.

Management needs to get their heads screwed on right. I've been in this line at the pharmacy for 20 minutes, they have one poor woman managing all three windows plus the drive thru. I just need to check in for my covid shot appointment but I can't because they're so criminally understaffed. Much respect for the pharmacist on duty though, every single person here has some weird issue with their prescription or billing or something, I'd have lost patience ages ago

Drive-thru: attempted to pick up prescription and online order at the same time. Arrived to find notes affixed to drive-thru window stating drive-thru was closed due staffing issues. So I parked and went inside. Once inside I had to walk back and forth between the front counter and the pharmacy at the back, then walk halfway between the front and back of the store, in order to retreive my prescription and my online order.

Survey: I completed Walgreens' customer satisfaction survey and wrote about my recent visit. Walgreens responded with a satisfactory resolution.

Horrible customer service at the pharmacy for the second time in a month. Apparently it's a first come first serve at this Walgreens. Twice now I have gone there to pick up a prescription for my wife, who is handicapped, and was told that they couldn't fill the prescription completely because other customers had come earlier than me. And that's after being told 2 hrs before by the pharmacist how much I would receive. And when I showed up to the window to pick it up they tell me that they gave half the prescription to a customer who had come before me. That is unexceptable.
