John Wood has been my CPA for over 5 years now and I just finished my year end tax planning with him a week or so ago. I own a Corporation and his advise is invaluable to me, as my business revenue (and tax liability) grows. John is a unique CPA, being that he is very creative and knowledgeable. It puzzles me to find the few negative reviews for this firm, then after speaking to John, it turns out that these reviews came from people who are not even his clients. I am not sure how you can rate a company without using their service first. All I know is, WWSA has helped me tremendously with my personal and business taxes.

Don't go here! This business is run by a bunch of accountants that do not have any respects for ethics or customers' interests. They just want money and put their customers at big risks. In particular John Wood was very careless and got nasty when his mistakes were exposed. My wife and I went here because of the high ratings. But they turned out to be untrustworthy because they could have been written by those who got paid to write such fake reviews. Our experience contradicted those positive reviews. They made mistakes on our tax returns last year but it took them several months to respond to our requests to have them corrected. We ended up losing more money by going to them than not using them at all! So, do not believe those five-star ratings/reviews. Save yourself the agony. Shop around, talk to your trusted friends and family to see which accountants are reliable, professional, and trustworthy. None of these qualities can be found at WWSA in our opinion, drawn from our painful experience with this firm.

If you are looking for a trustworthy, professional, and honest tax accountant, look else where. This firm seems to spend more money on creating fake reviews in their attempt to deceive people from knowing how bad they really are. I simply cannot trust any of those five-star reviews because my experience was the opposite. They put up a nice face to you at the start, but once they got your money, they'd put on another face, the real ugly face that leaves you questioning your own poor judgment. They make mistakes - lots of them. Then turn ugly when they're confronted. The best thing is to not finding yourself in this kind of situation.
