We rarely write reviews or comments, however, we are compelled to share our experience of working with Nate Wright.

We had listed our land with another agent and had it on the market for well over a year. After not receiving any written offers, we decided to list with Nate. We knew that to sell the property, we would need an agent that was invested in making the sale, had a strong social media presence, was an expert at marketing and was a strong communicator.

Nate was a dream to work with. He took amazingly beautiful drone footage of our lot, put together a fantastic marketing campaign and continuously beat the bushes to find qualified buyers for our lot. Nate was tireless in his efforts to get our lot sold. He never resorted to the age old tactic of “keep dropping the price”. He helped us to determine the right price for the lot to attract buyers.

When we ran into a challenge during the due diligence period, Nate offered creative solutions that were acceptable to both the buyer as well as the seller.
