Buyer be ware, base on my experience if you are buying from Leonardo Garzon be extra careful he is a scam artist. Leonarado will delay at all cost the sell of the house with the intension of keep your deposit we assume . We intended to buy a house that he flipped. After he accepted the offer and going under contract he started delaying the process. He claimed he was on vacation and super busy, he claimed to my realtor he was super busy and needed help find a house to buy for his OWN family since he had no time. Him being a realtor himself is very doubtful. He is very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. Have a great attorney if you decide to do business with this man. He delayed all paperwork, repairs and inspections at a potential house he was selling to us, after more than 2 months in process due to all his delays, he decided to move into the house he was SELLING to us the week of closing. Him knowing that my wife is expecting twins and her due date was three weeks from the closing date. Terrible experience. KEEP FAR AWAY.
