Agent Richard H erred on my policy causing me to have another day without coverage and wouldnt make it right because rate was still the same. Seems like he didn’t care to advocate for his clients or admit to a company his mistake which fell on the shoulders of his customer!! Work with another agent people based on the reviews here!

We just received a $700 check from our homeowners insurance with no explanation whatsoever. All the check said is contact our agent for further details! I called my agent, whom was not in, and I couldn’t have been treated anymore rudely by ‘Makayla’ the receptionist. After being told our agent wasn’t in but someone could help, I was put to someone else’s voice mail. I hung up and tried calling back so I could leave a message for our agent, it was something that could have waited until Monday, instead some man answered I’d been transferred to. I just wanted Anita’s voice mail!!! If she would have just answered my new call she would know I wanted our agents voice mail. I then continued to try back but was hung up on numerous times after that. We used my husbands phone to call back as she wouldn’t answer mine. I immediately insisted on talking to a manager, Stacey Lopez was honestly amazing! Too bad Makayla ruined it for me!!
