The team at Wiregrass Homecare is amazing! My parents needed around the clock care while recovering from surgery and a fall. Amber met with us, outlined the plan, and put everyone at ease. The caregivers were attentive and pleasant to work with. They helped with daily care, meals, medications, light cleaning, and more. We were able to modify the schedule each week as they improved. The communication I received from Amber was exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, and they will certainly be my first call should we need help again in the future.

Wiregrass HomeCare has been a blessing to our family! My father moved to Dothan after the sudden death of my mother. My sister and I have helped my father try to navigate his new normal, but we needed additional support. It was so nice to find a locally owned home care who responded to our needs. My dad and I first met with Amber and she made us both feel so comfortable and put our minds at ease about the process. Then we met Linda and she has been able to fit right in and help my dad with housekeeping, groceries, and cooking. We are so glad that we have her help and he can continue to live on his own thanks to Wiregrass Wiregrass HomeCare!

I live out of state from my parents but I always had a connection to Wiregrass Home Care by just making a call or sending a text. My questions were promptly answered and the care my parents needed was always provided, even when the requests were last minute. I was emailed the care giver schedule each week, so even though I was long distance, I knew how to help my mom manage my dad’s care. Wiregrass Home Care sent invoices to my dad’s long term care insurance company as well. We appreciated their compassion in our difficult situation and they really made us feel supported with the help they provided. Working with Wiregrass Home Care made being so far away much more bearable! We would highly recommend this company!

I called Wiregrass HomeCare on a Sunday in a panic. Ms Amber came to the ER to where my friend was and set up service for us.By the time we got my friend back to his house the provider was there. Every provider that came to his house was professional and compassionate. I am extremely impressed and highly recommend you call Ms Amber
