This company has been around DTLA for more than 30 years and they knew what they were doing. I had the best experience of my life when I moved in to this New Condo with the kindest and the most caring guidance ever by these folks.

Recently I had to find a home in Los Angeles near the downtown area. I was renting an apartment nearby but soon decided to purchase a condominium. I did some scouting around and found a couple of real estate companies one of which was Wilshire Metro Realty. I spoke with Evan Fujii in that office and found him to be an exceedingly honest, professional and helpful individual. I told him roughly what I was looking for and he helped me check out 9 different units before I ended up buying the current condominium in which I now live. He made a number of important suggestions while I was in the process of making my choice of which unit to buy and by virtue of his continued exceptional help as I was able to buy the unit at a very reasonable price. Further, Evan connected me with other top quality professionals that I needed to complete the legal work for the purchase as well as to do some renovation to the unit. On at least one occasion Evan was tied up with another client when I needed his help. Russell Chan made himself immediately available and provided the same kind of quiet, professional and caring help that I had become used to with Evan. I cannot more strongly recommend Evan Fujii and Russell Chan for their expertise and professionalism in real estate transactions. I was worried that the whole process would be daunting. Evan and Russell both helped me carefully through it all and not only did I end up fully satisfied with my purchase, they reduced my stress level through every stage of the process with their careful work and quiet reassurances.
