I have been using Williams and Green since the late 90's and have found all of their preparers to be polite positive professionals who enjoy an excellent reputation in their community. I ask a lot of questions, and my preparer has always given me understandable answers and reliable advice. Junior staff members who were being trained have been honest and humble enough to admit it when they didn't have an exact answer for me, but have gotten back with me promptly after consulting senior staff. I will continue to count on Williams and Green for all my tax needs.

Very upfront & honest.. people who complain about the prices don’t understand that everyone is going up on prices and it’s the economy.. but I appreciate their due diligence in preparation, explanations, and even customer service over the phone is phenomenal.. I tried 2 other places trying to figure out about scheduling- no one answered. Luckily I got referred to them and it didn’t disappoint with having the ease of mind when dealing with the irs 😉
