Williams Brothers properties has been a really good experience for my elderly mother, who lived in the same house for 15 years, but she recently had to move. Jamie Williams and her staff were always professional, courteous and caring to my mother. Whenever she would call for a repair or any other problem with the house it was always addressed within 24 hours. The regular inspections were efficient and friendly. My mom was always given fair notice that they were coming by and they would always ask her if there anything else she needs to report or anything else they need to know about. It’s nice to know property managers that really have a heart for their tenants also. Big thanks to Jamie and her staff for taking good care of my Mom all these years!

They are so timely and efficient. If anything was needed- they assisted. I highly highly highly recommend!!! Jamie is so caring and wanted to help! She is genuine and runs a very welcoming company! My mother and I just moved and we have had a wonderful experience with the company especially Jamie. She has been so kind and quick to respond to any of my questions and when there was a small problem with the heater they came over the next day and fixed it. I was very impressed as I’ve had landlords take forever to fix a problem.

Jamie Williams, owner of Williams Brothers Properties is the absolute worst property manager I have ever dealt with. On top of that she is unprofessional and unethical.

Within two weeks of my family moving in on October 1, 2021, she began harassing, threatening, bullying, intimidating and outright lying to us. She accused us of breaking the lease agreement.

When we pointed out in the fine print of the lease that we were NOT in violation of said lease and that she was being completely out of line, unprofessional and unethical with her accusations, she became vindictive. Nasty, threatening emails continued.

When I finally threatened to turn her and her company into the Board of Realtors, the Better Business Bureau and several other agencies unless she resigned as the property manager, she relented and found another manager. This was almost two weeks ago.

However, she has retained not only our November rent of $2,900 but also our security deposit of $3,000 and ignores the emails and calls from the new property manager. This is outright theft of our money.

Her willful unethical behavior must be shouted out from the rooftops. She needs to lose her real estate license so no other unknowing, trusting, innocent tenants will suffer the same abuse as we have.

A contract is a contract. She had absolutely NO right to do this after the lease agreement was executed. As real estate agent, she knew this so she knowingly tried to deceive us.

I have been using Williams Brothers Properties for 2.5 yrs as my go-to property manager, as a renter. They are there for the owner & the renter & make life so much simpler. Nothing though, compares to the wonderful personal assistance I just received from Jaime. Even on vacation she called me back & went ABOVE & BEYOND to mediate a crisis & save my living situation. She is dedicated to her profession, skilled in her abilities and goes the extra mile to mediate & care when all types of issues arise. I recommend Williams Bros. Properties 100%. Ask for Jaime.
