I've had various insurance agents over the years - none of which I've developed a personal relationship with - that is until I started working with the Storrs family at Allstate. They are incredibly kind, responsive and the best agents I've ever had. Not to mention the coverage is far better than their competitors. When 'Mayhem' struck they were there and willing to help very quickly. The process for getting our car repaired was quick and easy. Do yourself a favor and at least get a quote from them - you wont be disappointed in their prices and service!

When you hear the name William Storrs your first thought is retired hall of fame baseball coach. That kind of excellence translates to being an insurance agent. Bill and Bill Jr are very personable with me as a client, they check up on me, make sure I’m up to date on any paperwork and the few times I was pulled over and didn’t have my policy on me they immediately got it to me. They got a customer for life in me.

My experience with this agency has been nothing but stellar! They are responsive and prompt when they are handling our claims. They will go to bat for you if the other companies are not cooperating! I do not put my name on something unless I can guarantee the service and I recommend this agency 10/10. Give them a call for a quote ASAP!

I had other insurance companies, but never like Allstate. I had state farm and I could never get a hold of my rep. There was allways an excuse of why I couldn't get to her, when my rep "Audrey" was the only person that can do any changes to my policy. Took months to get my policy canceled from them. I only spoke to her when i opened up my policy and canceled. State Farm sucks! The customer service with ALLSTATE is like no other. My rep Erica is always available even when she's not! So, fortunately I was able to cancel, and Erica and Billy have been very informative, especially in terms that I can understand. In other words, ALLSTATE IN THE COUNTRYSIDE IS AMAZING! Anyone that disagrees are delusional! Keep up the great work! You guys are the best!!!

I had received a letter from the Secretary of State that they had no liability insurance information on a car that's been in suspension for 9 years. I thought this was going to be a hassle to take care of, but I contacted Bill Storrs's office, as the letter instructed me to to contact my insurance agent. Meagan Hecker answered, knew exactly what I needed and took care of it immediately. She also suggested I sign up for text messages, which I did. Incredible, I can't believe how easy Meagan made this. 5 Stars!
