Went in for TSA check and encountered a kind TSA worker and an absolutely rude employee of the Wright insurance agency. She opened the building at the same time as the TSA opening time even though the sign clearly says that the building opens at 8:30. She wears a short black bob. Avoid her at all costs. The Will Wright Agency would do better finding someone with the slightest bit of professionalism. Reading the comments doesn’t give much hope as, based on these reviews, she should’ve been let go a long time ago

Also, not sure if she should be checking and verifying documents.

I’ve been with this agency since 2019, and since June 2024 I have been lied to. Our mortgage insurance quit writing policies in Alabama, so I called the office and let them know about it. I was told that they had it covered, no problem, and our new policy would take over in August when the old policy ended. In July, I buy a side by side and one week before I purchased it I let the office know that I would be purchasing one that weekend and I needed insurance on it and was told “no problem, you are taken care of, send the info on that vehicle” and I’m told you are covered. Fast forward to August and I received an email stating that I need proof of coverage for the side by side. I call the office and I’m told again that you are covered and that they are sending the dec page over to the lean holder. In September, I received multiple emails and letters stating that we need proof of insurance on the house and the side by side. I call the office again and was told multiple lies. Now I’m switching agents because I still don’t have coverage on the side by side and my mortgage insurance lapsed for 25 days which is going to cost me even more money. The only person that answers the office phone is Heather, who has the office phone forwarded to her cell phone most of the time. Will is never in the office and there is no other way to get in touch with him (I even tried Facebook Messenger) which is a problem considering it is his name on the sign. Use this company at your own risk.

Made an appointment online to complete my TSA pre-check a couple days before hand.
Building was easy to find (it’s described right under review summary and has tons of insurance logos on the windows).
I waited maybe 5 minutes after checking in, finished the pre-check within 10 min and was out. Super easy and didn’t experience any attitude from anyone working there.

Made an appointment for TSA precheck, got a confirmation email and everything. Then, after I put my schedule together and showed up in the morning they sent a cancellation email that same morning. The office was totally closed.

My question is was that email sent at the time they decided not to open? Did they wake up that morning and say “eh, not feeling it.” and cancel all their appointments?

As soon as I walked in, the reception was short and blunt. As soon as I told her, I wanted to do my TSA check she said her system was updating and I had to do everything online. I don't know why it says tsa if they can't help you do it. I should have read the reviews and saved my time. Place is super hard to find as well. Save your time go somewhere else.

I had a TSA appointment. I should have looked at reviews. The business is hard to find. There's small signage on the door. It looks abandoned. The customer service reps are extremely rude. I was told my divorce decree was not my divorce decree...I use my divorce decree, which is original all the time... yet, she kept repeating that it isn't. She couldn't process my TSA pre- check. After she kept repeating it wasn't a divorce decree, I took my paperwork back and said I would go somewhere else. I would recommend Huntsville or somewhere else for TSA pre- check. This is by far one of the most unprofessional experiences I've had in a while.
