I attempted to get insurance through this company. They made a really good first impression and then just stopped responding to me. It's a shame--we had 4 policies we were bringing to their office.
RESPONSE TO BUSINESS: It's unfortunate that you are trying to turn this into my fault. The fact is that my partner and my daughter BOTH have NC driver's licenses and you could have written policies for them, just not for me, which is what we discussed. You, however, never bothered to follow through. I stand by my initial rating. You still lost out on three policies because of your inattentiveness.

So I either get too much at a bad price or too little, also at a bad price. Going through this team for my insurance gives give me fantastic prices and the confidence that I’m not being sold anything I don’t need. I recently bought another car and instead of trying to shop around and find another policy I simply let them know a few details and they added it on my policy within minutes. If you try to do insurance yourself instead of going through them, you’re wasting your time and money.
