I rarely feel strongly enough to write a review but this has been seriously the worst escrow experience I've ever had.
I've had 2 escrow agents: Lisa and Audria
My first escrow agent RETIRED during my escrow process. Apparently no one in the office including herself thought it was necessary to let me know. I only found out when I called on my own days later. I sent her all my paperwork, deposit, insurance info, etc. and she never wrote up my documents.
The new lady Audria agreed to help get my documents signed today but failed to provide them to the notary and therefore we could not sign today. I'm extremely frustrated as they are doing this purposely at my expense.
Now I am at risk of losing my transaction on my dream home.
I plan on reporting everyone to the Financial Protection Bureau for negligence. This is unbelievable laziness

We had a challenge during our real estate transaction. WFG Title was able to resolve it and were able to close our escrow. The County was running late on confirming closings but we got our confirmation around 6:00 PM, after hours. Great job as always!
