Absolutely love the people and service I receive here. It is the definition of "neighborhood bank". I am always treated well and receive wonderful service. Rates for CD's are better than a lot of other financial institutions in the area as well.

Western State Bank in Sun City West is the Absolute Best! Carrie Lewis is by far the best customer service banker anywhere! The rest of the team there are fantastic also. All banks could learn a thing or two about customer service from this branch!

I am having to change my glowing review because this bank completely screwed me over. Do not trust them if you are a small business especially. when fraud was committed in my account the burden of proof was basically left up to me before I could get my funds back. My account was closed AND My personal banker called adult protective Services to file a report that supposedly I was taking advantage of the woman I am taking care of. Never in my life did I think that a bank could get so involved in your personal business, but I will tell anyone that I see from here on out never to do business with Western State Bank.
