It was a pleasant experience, except for the long wait for the pathology report. I was taken in at my appoint time and all the workers were very courteous and helpful. Dr. Jennings did a great job removing the cancer from my right cheek. the process was painless and only taking about 15 minutes to get the procedure completed. GREAT JOB ALL OF YOU !!!!!

I wear hearing aids. I had my annual appointment to check for any changes in my hearing. First stop was Virsono for a hearing test; 2nd stop I went over to the ENT side and had a consultation with a PA; 3rd stop should have been back to Virsono to have my hearing aids reprogrammed and synced with the changes in my hearing aids. Problem is there was no 3rd stop for syncing. I have to go back next week for that. This is not patient-friendly organization. Two trips to town is an inconvenience. I should be able to get everything taken care of in one visit. I can do this at other practices.

I went to this practice based on reviews and the fact that I could get in sooner than I could at another ENT location. I saw one doctor. Doctor sent me for a scan. When I reviewed my notes online, my diagnosis was listed as something I didn't even complain about. So that's concerning. Went back for follow-up. Saw another doctor. The second doctor was so rushed that he didn't spend anytime with me. Honestly I think was forgotten about. At least that's what I gathered from employees talking outside my door. That didn't really bother me. That happens. But the doctor should have taken the time with me that he needed to. I left with the feeling of "sorry about your bad luck". I wasn't allowed anytime to ask questions. Got told if problem persists to make another appointment. I've made another appointment, just with another practice. Extremely disappointed.
