I would first like to say that the staff and Doctors in the Endoscopy center in the Franklin office are amazing. Now that being said...
The billing department is a totally different story. My husband had a procedure there in October 2024 and on that day we were told we had to pay towards our deductible even though they had no idea how many other providers had outstanding claims that would be put towards our deductible. The lady at the front desk told us that we give a credit card number for a payment plan or pay the full amount. We ended up paying that day and they overcharged us over $300.00. It is now February and they have yet to refund us the money they owe us even though in January they told me they would send a refund check. Terrible billing department.
Update: 02-13-2025
I received a phone call that my refund was being put in the mail today. The lady that called was apologetic and was very nice.

Every staff member was so kind and professional. I didn't wait long at all, everyone was familiar with my genetic condition and I felt completely at ease the entire time. My concerns were taken seriously and the staff is the reason that place works so well now.

Scheduled endoscopy at Franklin office but was sent to Harris for procedure. I assume the doctor did a competent job, but I never got a report - not at the hospital, not in the mail. Called this office to request the report. Staff was unhelpful and rude. Was told they know nothing about procedures done at Harris, even though it was their doctor who did it. Did not know if my results were sent to my primary doctor. Did not know how I could get my results other than calling Harris. This does not seem reasonable, but even (especially) if it is true, the practice does enough procedures at Harris that they owe it to their patients to get their results to them directly. And, of course, rude staff does not help.

I was a bit early for my appointment and was still taken in right away. The staff was beyond my expectations. No flippin’ paper work, no song and dance…. Just get comfortable in a warm room with warmed blankets and hooked up for the procedure. The nurse was outstanding and very efficient. The Doctor came in and went over the procedure with me and my wife. Asked if we had questions and he was great to speak in layman terms and made us comfortable with answering any questions.
The staff in the procedure room were the best. Comfort for me was their priority. They talked me through everything they were doing as I was being led to sleep. When I woke, same crew in my room and was greeted with a bottle of water and a cup of coffee. The Doctor came in and explained his findings so we could understand them and made suggestions as to what is next (All good news by the way). As I am making this review early the following day, I received a follow up call from the office checking on me after the procedure.
Everything was wonderful... I don’t know how I could suggest anything to improve this service.

I don’t usually leave reviews but whoever is in charge of calling for payments is EXTREMELY rude. I haven’t received ONE email, call, or mail in three years regarding my balance so I was completely in the dark about the bill. I was in college and dont even remember going to an appointment here. I received a call today, answered it and was met with complete hostility from the first sentence that came out of her mouth. So insanely rude I’ve never been spoken to like that. Disgusting.
From reading other reviews it seems there have been MULTIPLE complaints of a rude receptionist.

This practice just told me I needed a referral even though I've been going there for close to three years.

I called for an appointment due to abdominal pain and diarrhea. They told me that since it has been a year, they will need a referral. That is the most ludicrous "office policy" I've heard... I am existing patient, people!

I have Crohns and EPI, so Yay for me that I didn't need to come for a procedure or an illness last year. Boo for me that I can't get an office appointment with my doctor!
