Heather was great! She helped us buy and sell our first house.
Always there for our questions, helped us focus on what we needed to do to get our house sold, made the showing process super easy for us, and she had a bunch of connections for anything from landscapers, to handymen, to junk haulers.
At the end of the day she got us WAY more than we expected to sell the house for. Super professional, and always easy to work with. 10/10 thanks heather!

Heather just helped my husband and I find our first home. She was instrumental throughout the entire process.

Backstory-
We were looking to move from out of town to Long Beach, an area we kind of knew but not really. Heather was insanely informative about all the little neighborhoods, new and upcoming city projects, etc.
Heather remained easy to access and very informative from start to finish.
I really can't imagine going through the whole process without her.

If the time comes for us to ever have to do this whole thing over again Heather will be the first person we contact. I would highly recommend her expertise to all my friends and family.

During COVID19 times and with a frustratingly long process through no fault of David, he still managed to follow up, schedule, and get everything done while being professional, responsive. We worked with David in looking for our house in Long Beach and San Pedro. He was very responsive and was always ready to view a house with us at a moment's notice.
