We found a decent starter home and from the beginning Samantha Russell chose to lie and cover up electrical and plumbing issues. After confronting her about the lies she pretended to not know what my fiancé and I were talking about. She continuously spoke over my fiancé and I and disregarded all our concerns. I have family in the contractor business so we know certain things are fixable but Samantha choose to cover things up instead of being truthful. We asked to do the walkthrough a week before closing with an inspector to make sure all agreed items were fixed and she refused to allow the walkthrough days before closing and tried to gaslight us and put up a great verbal fight about not letting us do the walkthrough until the day of closing. On the day of closing we realized that all electrical issues we agreed the seller will fixed weren’t fixed. I asked her about a few details about the home and she said she had no idea but I found out through my real estate agent resources that she represented the seller in purchasing the home….. She is truly a crook. I am a realtor myself so it was very easy to confirm my fiancés suspicions about her. I can’t imagine what she tells to buyers that have no experience or previous dealings with buying a home. If you are seeking buyers representation please look elsewhere

Family member has been in an apartment for 3 years and still has an issue that is unresolved. People come onto the property and are yelling about vehicle spaces? I'm intentionally being vague but don't trust these people unless you get everything in writing. Sharon Caron has no care!
