Working with Darlene was like pulling teeth. She never returned my phone calls even when I left her a message telling her it was urgent (as in "I have to have an insurance quote for my closing date"), so I had to call again until I actually reached her. Darlene always acted as if she were doing me a favor by talking to me, so when I called them and Alethea answered, I talked to her and now I'm working with her. I know I have lots of questions, but I have a right to ask whatever I want in order to feel comfortable, especially when it comes to being properly insured. Sorry if I'm not an easy client, but it's only once a year.

Darlene is amazing! She responds quickly and gets the job done. As far as price I won't know until I see what my policy renewals will be this year. I have nothing to compare it to. I will be shopping like everyone else to get the best bang for my buck. Over 40k in insurance a year is very hefty for small business owner. However, the quality of service here is hands down just amazing.

Tiffany was great, not pushy like others. Made me feel like she cared about my business. I had a couple quotes that were slightly cheaper and she didn't bad mouth the other companies to get my business like a few othe companies did. She said she understood and to do what was best for me and my business. That turned out to be going with the most responsive and genuine agent .

Scott and Katie have been very helpful. I needed to get a quote for homeowners insurance along with auto and some personal property. They were able to give me several option within a short period of time. I was interested in switching as a result of refinancing and they were able to present me an option that would save me about 15 % over my currant insurance. I highly recommend their insurance agency!
UPDATE:
My auto was up for renewal so Steve contacted me to tell me he had found a better lower priced policy if I switched both auto and home. I had also just traded in my old vehicle. The new policy was going to be significantly lower in price and with Allstate which is a better company. I told him I want to move forward. A few hours later I got an email from Allstate to sign the new policy. Upon reviewing the documents I noticed that they had my old vehicle on the policy. I contacted their office and since it was the day before Thanksgiving Steve whom I spoke to an hour earlier was no longer available. I then went on to contact Allstate directly, because in the meantime I noticed that my credit card had been charged for both the new home and auto policies however at a much higher rate then the quote that Steve provided. Allstate said that the agent would now have to request a new quote and cancel the policy I was just charged for. They explained that the price difference came from the fact that a discount for early signup was offered but it had expired the day before. Mind you Steve did not notice this and later in conversation did not even acknowledge that they had made several mistakes. Well now it's January and I come to find out that after all the trouble was fixed will Allstate and I had my new policies for over a month Weer and Woellert did not send the cancellation notice to my previous insurance so that still have not received my refund for the remainder of the policy.
Allstate may be a great company but I would use a different agent to get my insurance policy next time.

The staff has always gone above & beyond to ensure we find the lowest price for the scope we require for our insurance. For many years, we had the same insurance, then faced huge increase. Woellert was on it immediately to find a lower price on comparable insurance. Then next year, we faced the same issue, Weer staff was all over it, again dedicating resources to find us the very best deal. Thank goodness because I just don't have the time or patience to deal with all of that.
