I received a notice my insurance co (Erie) was dropping me. I've been with them for 8 years. I then received notice from the agency that they were bringing on new providers and someone would reach out with new insurance options and coverages. It turns out, Erie had no problem insuring me , but they were no longer working with this agency. I called in approximately one month before my auto and home owners policy was set to expire. I was told by the lady on the phone they were very busy, would get to mine when they could and it would be handled before my policy expired. I had my doubts so I started shopping around. I ended up switching everything about a week before my policies expired, to a different agent. My policy expired 7 days ago and I still haven't heard from this agency from who I purchased home, auto and life insurance from 8 years ago. Poor service for something that can be so important.

We called on December 13, 2024 to cancel insurance with Webster due to their inability to pick up the phone to switch out vehicles from our policy. 3 months later, I still do not have a refund check. Jeff stated he would cancel the policy, he did not. I had to call back a month later and only found out he did not cancel the policy. He then stated he would back date it and a refund check would be dispersed. This was in the middle of January. Here I sit, March 5th with no refund check.

Wondering why they're not picking up the phone for you? The new secretary has been told not to pick up the phone for you if there is a customer present. My father was present in the office one day, and she was talking about everyday life events to him and ignoring the phone calls coming in.

Do yourself a favor....find another insurance broker.

The images are only the texts to the owner, Jeff....but phone calls were made to his office in December.

I had to handle with Erie myself to get the refund back.

Jeff, what has happened? I have been trying to get a return call, text or email reply back from you for about 8 months now. I pulled all my policies after 30 years with same company, because I had heard great things about your office. Less than a year in, get a letter the company you sold me on is no longer doing business with you, 3 months ago and nothing else. Beth says leave him a message, well VM is full, did you text him? yes about 20 times in last 8 months or so. So I leave a few messages with Beth, can Not get response. Having been in customer service almost 40 years, I know what its like to be overwhelmed, busy, stressed. But just return a call. I just can't fathom this.

Would give zero stars if possible. After months of dodging my inquiries about my homeowners policy, the agency let my policy lapse due to its failure to notify the insurance company that I had completed requested inspection and repairs to my property, then they lied about correcting the issue. I found out about this because when I started the process of refinancing my home, the bank told me that the property was uninsured. When I called the agency asking for proof of insurance, rather than admit their mistake, I was given a fraudulent document as proof of an insurance policy that THEY KNEW had lapsed. I'm only grateful that I found out I was being defrauded in this way through the bank, and not at the moment of needing to make a claim. Do not trust this agency with your insurance needs. They are dishonest crooks and their licenses should be revoked.

My husband & I recently changed our automobile insurance to Erie. We changed because our current insurance plan went through the roof after adding on a 2011 car. My family referred me here & I'm super glad they did. Jeff was a tremendous help in getting me what we needed. Customer service is outstanding with everyone I have spoken to. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

We have been with Erie for a few years now and we have never had an issue with customer service and they have always been happy to help through moves, auto accidents, and any questions we have had through the years. We have worked with Devin and he is absolutely the best out there. Not to mention they have the lowest rates out of any other insurance company.

Moved my commercial truck insurance over here and instantly started having problems getting proof of insurance to the people I was hauling for. When you call you get voicemail or my agent wasn’t in, even called the owner and got no answer or return call. After I canceled after one month they did not notify nobody and now I’m getting bills for insurance after I dropped them, but Jeremy assured me it was not his fault 😳😂😂😂 Avoid at all costs ! You put on this thread that you told me you could not do the number of cois in a day, I only done 3 or 4 a week. If you had told me at the time you wrote this I would not have taken the policy out because the folks I was using before could as many as I needed at any one time I needed them. And as fiat as you telling me I never spoke with you at all that I recall I only spoke with your unreliable employee Jeremy
