They where extremely professional. My roof started leaking and I called to get a estimate, one of them was out there on my roof within 2 hours. Called them back after they left and had them scheduled to replace my entire roof. Their workers came out at the crack of dawn and worked all day to get my roof done as soon as possible. Last week, Wayne Sanchez Roofing installed a complete roofing system on an 18 x 24’ building I have under construction (sheathing, water barrier, shingles, drip edge, fly rafters, ridge vents, and subfascia). Absolutely impressive! I really needed to get the building covered to protect the new construction from potential rain damage. Mr. Sanchez and his team were extremely response; providing me an estimate the day of my request and began installing the roof the day after I approved the proposal. The work was completed within a day and a half…including an additional task of installing ridge vents on our primary residence. His crew showed up promptly at 8 AM and all hands were completely engaged in the task until it was completed. It was actually a pleasure to observe the efficiency in which they worked. They kept me informed throughout the installation, informing and advising me of options as minor issues arose. When done, they cleared the residual material and evacuated the premises by noon of the second day (a hard downpour of rain interrupted the first day of work….right after they finished installed the water barrier). Finally, and very importantly, the cost was phenomenal; very inexpensive. In my 20+ years as a homeowner, I have seen very few contractors as efficient as Wayne Sanchez Roofing and would strongly recommend this contractor to anyone seeking to get a roof installed or repaired.
