I was looking to change my auto insurance co. I got a great reference from Greg Rains, who has all his vehicles, bikes, boats and his home with SF. My first call was to SF and Brigitte answered. Super friendly, knowledgeable and in top of her game. Within 10 minutes, she gave me an amazing quote. My premium is half the amount of my previous carrier. It’s dreadful when you have to deal with things like this but Brigitte proved me wrong. Exceptional customer service is very hard to find these days. She answered the phone with a smile and she made my day!

Everybody is always looking for the cheapest insurance but doesn't consider how important the people that insure you matters. In my case BRIGITTE FOSTER was tenacious and cared not to lose me as a customer when I transferred my insurance from another state. I believe she is passionate in helping her customers not only to save them money but to make the right choices insurance wise. I am very thankful for the effort she made with my issue and I am happy to have her and this office be my agents.

All of the team members are always so positive and patient. Brigitte helped me today, went above and beyond to make sure I had the right coverages for my life and at the budget that works for me. She made recommendations that, gave me more and better coverage when I added a vehicle and a renters policy. (that I would have not known about or realized unless she said something first). She could have not said anything but this showed how much she and state farm value their customers. All of the discounts they offer with multi vehicle, renters and safe driving was something I was not expecting. Most importantly their professionalism, guidance and kind demeanor, really makes me value state farm and gave me reassurance that I am with the right company! 🙂 Thank you Brigitte, Kari, Wayne and everyone on the team for everything you have done for me.

I walked in off the street with a unique Insurance need situation. Wayne worked with me for about 45 minutes to get everything that I needed setup. Brigitte followed up the next day and had the policies all set and ready to go. I had total insurance coverage within 24 hours at a much better price than what I was paying before. They are a great team and I highly recommend them.

Fantastic! I worked with Brigitte over the course of 4 days to change my truck, 5th wheel trailer, and umbrella policy from my agent in Colorado to Lake Havasu City. Brigitte was patient with me and was very knowledgeable about the State Farm products in LHC. At the same time, I also had to find a new insurance company for my 2 homes in Colorado but had to use a Colorado based company for that. All in all, I will be saving $2,000 per year, most of that through Brigitte and State Farm. I highly recommend the Wayne Edwards State Farm Agency (and of course Brigitte!).

Insurance companies covering all our needs have become very complex these days. i think most people dont know all the "fine print details" they should know which necessitates that we ask questions without "attitude" or rudeness. the 5 star review for this agency appears to be well deserved for selecting a team of sales agents that have great "chairside manner". Kari earned my business because of her friendly sweet disposition. answered many questions and i learned a few things i didnt know. didnt upsell me... only what i wanted and needed. when we were done she felt like a friend which is necessary for a lasting business relationship. good job Kari and your agency who hired you.
