Extremely knowledgeable and Patient. . Katie Traccoli was very kind and patient throughout the months while working with me in finding my family of five a home. Her honesty and knowledge on houses was a huge plus for me while keeping me up to date with homes in the area that would have my interest. She was always super fast in responding to my messages/emails and really showed she cared. Would 10/10 recommend her to anyone in search of a home.

Miracle worker. Katie was extremely fast to come help list my home. She was amazing with communication, very honest with what her thoughts were accurate on pricing of the home very detail oriented. Katie made this process the least stressful and held her word every step of the way. I would recommend her time after time!

Katie͏ made it easy!
We have bought and sold several houses and Katie made this sale easy. We were downsizing because our home was larger than we needed at this point in our lives. She explained everything so clearly when we signed a contract for her to represent us in selling our house. We had several offers to choose from and Katie gave us the reasons to choose a particular buyer. When selling a home there can be a lot of anxiety with the negotiations. Katie was so great at answering our questions clearly and promptly. You cannot go wrong with Katie!

Katie never gave up on us. My husband and I aren't in the best shape financially, but we still wanted our piece of the American dream. We saw a home that we loved but was turned down for a loan by every bank. I assumed she wouldn't work with us without an approval letter. We were wrong. She gave us advice on getting everything from credit repair, to where to find local utilities, real estate lawyers, and even a great diner. We were also on a time crunch. We only had 30 days. We didnt get the house we initally wanted, but we got a half acre of land which we closed on day 30. Everything worked out. Even when we were given bad news, she made sure we kept our spirits up. I felt like she really cared about us and was determined to make our dream come true as long as we were willing to roll up our sleeves and think outside the box. She told me she had been working in real estate for decades and it shows in her work ethic. She knows everyone in Lasalle county. That was very useful as I wasn't local to the area. I am so grateful and thankful we met her.
