This is January 2025 update.
Still nothing distribution from all of 5 projects although I am waiting for 16 years. Even only one US dollar.
Some of them, Walton stated the distribution period in 2024, after investors voting passed. However no distribution, no information from Walton. Too much ridiculous. We have to avoid this scam company.

Please avoid Walton.
I invest Walton for several projects. However, almost 15 years have passed, there is no redemption from any projects. Even only 1 USD.
After made a contract, Walton had sent me a report every 2 - 3 years. In the report, Walton stated the estimated redemption date was changed and delay. Whenever I got a report, the due date was always changed and delay. I don't know at all when I can get refund.

As for one project, Voting was completed and approved by investor to sell to a developer. But almost 3 years have passed. Walton repeatedly changed the due date of closing(payment from a developer) & payment to investor. I receive unilateral notification that the due date was delay. I many times asked Walton to provide precise explanation, but I never got feedback.

When I signed on the contract, Walton explained estimated holding duration is 2 - 4 years and 4 - 6 years for each project. This is not precise at all.
Walton explained that average yearly interest of actual results is over 10%. However Walton had hidden fact that the yearly interest is calculated by only the case that redemption was successful.
In fact, many projects are not expected to progress. In some cases Walton stated in the report that the estimated redemption date is TBD. What is TBD? In some cases, many investor said they got loss although they waited for over 15 years.

I simply should have deposited money to a bank.

Invested $50,000 got back $4000 in 12 year investment- yep, used my hard earned cash for free and robbed me of $46,000. No payback/ no profit! Due diligence? How do you loose money on land, when every other company is making $ WALTON is loosing it? Something very shady is going on here! I’m with you Joy! (fellow investor)

If I could give this company a negative star,i would. My investment was small, thank goodness, but I am still wondering how they have lost money on land purchase in areas where the value of properties has more than doubled. Seems like the money is funnelled out of the company somehow. Do not invest with Walton International! Set your money on fire, at least then you get to watch it burn.

What a scam, can I give it 0 stars? $23000 down to $5000 that I can't touch since 2008.
