Been going to Willie for a while but I will never get my taxes done here again. He did my taxes for 2023 and turns out when he entered my account number for my bank he left off the last three digits of my account number. When i called WF Duncan i get no apology or nothing. They couldnt even admit they did wrong and made a big mistake. So after being on the phone with IRS for hours now I have to wait on a paper check. That's a big mistake to make.

Absolutely agree with Sarah’s review!! I have been going to Willie and his wife Lynda for YEARS!!! I’m 34 and I’m talking at least 10 years. This year I will not be going to Duncan. His daughter Gina has absolutely no customer service! She is very rude! I have tried to get a sit down appointment with his wife but nope, they simply want me to just drop my taxes off at the office and then they will do them whenever they please. His son in law just called me a few minutes ago to cancel my appointment that I FINALLY got after all but insisting I was coming in for a sit down appointment, But of course, I can drop my taxes off and they will do them. That’s exactly what he told me!!! If I could give W F Duncan zero stars I would!!!
