I had a positive experience with Reshape real estate. I chose Linda Suk and her team because of her knowledge and experience specifically with the Korean demographics. Linda and Peter Suk and Vladimir Bellemo came to my home twice and after my interviews decided on their team. I primarily worked with Vladimir through the process, including document signing through Glide docusigning which was easy. Vlad kept me apprised and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I hadn’t sold a home since 1989, and the process was more complex and regulated than previous. He did a good job of explaining each document if I had questions. In the first few days of listing, I had about 13 visits from brokers and their clients. After the first weekend I had offers and in less than a week I had a contingent offer which was 50K over asking and I accepted. There were a couple of hiccups on the escrow side from buyers meeting contingencies but that was just about a week delay. The escrow Reshape used was Blue Tree escrow and Anne Park was also excellent in the process and communication.
I made the right decision in having Reshape handle this transaction. I couldn’t be happier with the results of this sale from beginning to end. They are totally on your side and work only for your best interests and outcome. Thank You Vlad, Linda Suk and the entire team that got the marketing out there and sold fast and above asking.

He has always been able to get us the very best price when we have bought and sold. He is highly effective at negotiating with the other party on your behalf. Vladimir acted as our agent in selling our California Condo.
We moved out of state shortly after it went on the market, and just when the things started seriously closing down due to Covid. Specifically, realtors were not allowed to conduct open houses. Part of the solution was an exceptionally good video walk through posted on the sales site. Vladimir kept us informed in real time of the changing situation.
We did all the paperwork, and signing process without a hitch due to his sending us each document in a timely fashion. We had several questions about Escrow that were not even his responsibility that he answered quickly, and correctly. Vladimir's expertise made going through the various steps of the selling process seem easy.

Vladimir exceeded my expectations from the start. We had been interviewing realtors and once we met and connected with him it was a no-brainer. He is knowledgeable, professional, and his competence comes with a wonderful sense of humor. He was always quick to respond with clear explanations to my questions. He anticipates needs and prepared me for each step of the process. We had a few issues which were were my fault yet he was quick to graciously resolve them and move forward. The house sold on the first weekend of open house and the escrow closed early. I have no complaints whatsoever and this was a complicated process including a Trust and my residence in another country. He was a true "Johnny on the spot" in all regards. I'm forever grateful for his guidance and expertise and again, sense of humor which really helped with those challenging tasks. What a guy, what a realtor.
