I had an amazing time with conradine at vision reality she was very nice and helped me and my children find a great home. Terrible to work with. We have been renting an apartment for a year, and every problem we have had has not been fixed. They say they will bring someone out and no one will come. We have had to come out of our own pocket to fix things. They WILL not contact back. I have called and emailed over and over. I keep being told I will get a call back or an email back. Nothing whatsoever. Terrible to work with. Do not rent from them

Alaina has been by far a heaven sent through this entire process of finding a home in a very competitive market. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would because her customer service is Impeccable. She truly cares for her customers/ residents and I couldn’t be more thanful for her and the hard work she has put into everything with finding the perfect place for us. I submitted a MELD about half of this kitchen light going out, my dishwasher NOT WORKING since i moved in, the house wasnt clean, refurbished or anything that I was told by HEATHER OWENBY. SHE IS A COMPLETE LIAR AND SCAM ARTIST!!!! I never saw her again or was able to speak with her after she promised everything would be ready by the move in date!!!! No one ever came back to finish!!!! BUT AS SOON AS YOU START SUBMITTING MAINTENANCE REQUEST THEY ILLEGALLY TERMINATE YOUR LEASE THEN TRY TO TELL YOU THAT THE OWNER WANTS TO SELL AND YOU DIDNT RENEW YOUR LEASE!!!! Wen you tell them that you have they block you from logging into the tenant portal to show them. I submitted my request for the kitchen lights last month. They WAITED UNTIL I PAID THIS MONTHS RENT TO TELL ME I HAD 60 days to move!!! THEN PROCEEDED TO NOT FIX ANYTHING THAT I SUBMITTED!!! SO NOW I AM COOKING WITH A LAMP ON THIS GOOD SUNDAY!!!

VERY VERY BAD FOR BUSINESS. The property that I’m renting is overly roach infested, mice infested & spider infested . I have spent hundreds of dollars on pesticides & rodent traps & poison . In the 2 weeks I have caught & killed at least 5-6 mice . The A/C unit has been leaking for months . They have recharged it 4-5 times since living here within days it will be empty & leaking refrigerant. The HVAC technician suggested that the Entire A/C unit be replaced it’s go good & coils are bad . I understand that Vision is only the property manager but every time we need something fixed they’ll throw the property owner under bus & says he doesn’t want to fix it .. I have done nothing but raised value to this property. I can post proof of before & after pics of this property & least they can do is fix the A/C unit & have a pest control company to come out & spray .

My air conditioner was not working. It was so hot in house. Vision Property sent out repairman so quickly on a Saturday to fix the problem. The repairman was nice and thorough. Thank you for your immediate attention and response to this problem ?
