In support of our mission, Vinnie offered to take total control of our upgrade project by hiring all contractors, acquiring the required materials, upfronting the cost of the materials, and managed the project from the start of the demolition to the finished details and staging for the listing; all done while keeping us informed on a daily basis of the progress and additional decisions made as well as meeting the date deadline and within our budget. His realtor organizational skills were very apparent to us as his listing photos and video were spot-on, highlighting the unique and very desirable features of this property. His video message was well scripted and professionally presented.

After we accepted an offer for our property, his Brasil Real Estate Group staff kept us timely informed on the progress of the escrow, action we needed to take, and documents needed to be signed.
