I am extremely disappointed with State Farm's service and the way they are handling my situation. From the start, their customer service was good but slow to respond. Last September, I decided to switch my homeowners insurance to receive the multi policy discount. In November, I received a letter stating my homeowners insurance was increasing because the two wasn’t bundled together. I called immediately, spoke to a male and he ensured me that he would fix it. Fast forward to July 2024 I received my renewal for 2025 that I didn't agree with so, I called the office asked for the manager he was busy so I took a trip. After discussing with Vince my situation he ensured me he would make sure this is taken care of. As of now the multi policy discount still isn’t added my premium has increased tremendously and I’m getting the run around regarding this issue. Vince Clark is blaming this all on underwriting, However as a business owner I don’t think he’s handling the situation well. I expected much better outcome from such a well-known company. I would not recommend State Farm to anyone looking for reliable insurance.
