Ann is extremely knowledgeable and professional in dealing with complicated income taxes. More importantly she is a friendly and kind person! Upon contacting her the first time, she quoted me with a very reasonable price and I was charged the exact amount without any hidden costs. Everything was smooth and transparent with her.

I have used Vietax since 2016. I found them on Yelp and spoke with Ann on the phone. I came in a few days later and had such a great experience working with Ann. She is truly a professional and understands her job thoroughly. She is informed with current tax laws and will help you get the most back in your returns. After years of filing my taxes via Turbo Tax and always having to pay, I decided to find a professional. I am so glad I found this place!

It was a little bit difficult to find but otherwise a very professional and clean office.

My schedule is always hectic but Ann made the whole process so effortless and she was very accommodating! She even emailed me the files to review and sign before she finalized everything.

Not only will I be getting a big refund, she also gave me tips to prepare for next year.
