This place is horrible. Jason thinks he’s a comedian. Lol and his manger had no problem with the fact that he made me feel uncomfortable, all because I asked what type of proof of Insurance i needed to provide. I would never do any business with this office or any one associated with Allstate because they work on commission base I can’t get anyone outside of another office to assist me because they won’t get the credit. If I could give 0 stars I would but it’s impossible. I hope no one ever has to deal with them and what I did today. Good luck with your insurance shopping experience and stay clear of this place

I’m a disabled veteran. And this person removed my ALLSTATE veteran status . If I could give her no stars yes that’s how I would rate her.

Right from the start. She didn’t care for my coming in. I just broke away from a family plan that I had been on since I started driving.
Now that I’m married , we’re starting on our own. After removing my Veteran status I order her to added right back. She said I didn’t need it and it wasn’t of any importance for the state of CA. That more then offended me.
Then I felt she was literally teasing me the rest of the time shaking and bouncing her head. Repeating “ I have a disability “ I have Perkins disease. All while smile and saliva coming down on one side of her month.
She then did I don’t know what to the account but started becoming very persistent that I there was no need to add my spouse. I had called ALLSTATE and was well informed of what I wanted and as well make sure this was what I would be leaving with.
I came into the office because the office boy gave me a policy that I never authorized. After he didn’t listen I decided to make an appointment. He told several reasons not come in and since I didn’t care for him not listening. Is why I went to the office. She explained the danger of face to face . And I inform her that the epidemic was over and I was glad to get out. And according to this non listening Parkinson diseased fill with rudenesses agent. I was wrong. But she also wasn’t wearing a face mask.
Honestly I felt like she was discriminating. I have pride when it comes to my name but like I told her , “Garcia’s we’re all the same”.
