We are very impressed with Vickers Insurance. We had a unique and challenging situation. Kat took the time to work through all the questions from the lender, and contraints of the situation to ensure we had the insurance we needed, when we needed it. Seth and Danny were also very helpful. They clearly work as a cohesive team, and are very responsive. Highly recommend!!

I highly recommend Vickers Insurance Agency for their prompt and creative solutions to an unexpected need for more fire insurance to sell my former home in California. Both Danny and Kat were most helpful in clearly explaining a wrap-around policy and the CA Fair Plan extra insurance required by Rocket Mortgage as I was purchasing my current home in Oregon. Their friendly professionalism and availability when I called multiple times was greatly appreciated.

In the process of buying first home from another city, Vickers has been so incredibly helpful walking me through the process while over the phone and explaining everything without making me feel stupid. They have been so great about taking my calls at end of the day Friday without sounding exhausted or annoyed. Also beat the next best price by almost half! So wonderful price and customer service.

We see from other reviews here that we’re not Danny’s only super-fans, and we’d be surprised if we were. He is kind and knowledgeable and extremely communicative, and he has repeatedly put our interests ahead of his own. He spent hours helping us out even before making a penny in commission, and he always takes the time to patiently answer all our questions. He works with the lowest-cost home insurance company we’ve been able to find (and other companies, too), and he never upsells. He has even steered us to other agents when he thought they might be able to get us a better deal than he could. So on referral, I called Vickers for a quote on a difficult property because it has a mobile on it. I worked with Kat who is amazing. The quote became a policy in less than 24 hours. With the extreme difficulties obtaining any insurance in California ( companies not even writing policies) she navigated the process knowing time was of the essence.
Unbelievable service, the other companies were 3weeks just to obtain a quote.
Vickers is my go to agent from now on!
