We had a small rock chip from the freeway the other day. Hated seeing that because it was New Year’s Day, and I did not want to start the New Year with a busted windshield. I was afraid it would start to splinter and grow larger. Anyway, I called up a few places and no one was answering the phone. Finally got in touch with David from Very Smooth Auto Glass. Truthfully, I doubted that anyone would be available on the holiday, but David came through and took care of the situation before the chip got any bigger.

Also, he worked with my insurance. He did all the footwork too. I didn’t have to call them or anything. The whole experience was excellent because it’s a small business. Customer service is usually way better with a small business because they care. I can tell that David cares because he literally went above and beyond for a tiny rock chip.

Service was fast, Rock Chip has been repaired, and it didn’t cost me anything. A+

I’m posting a pic of the windshield and the work that was done, but the glass was so clean, that it just looks like I took a pic of my house🤣. I promise, this is an actual pic of the work. You can’t even tell where the damage was.

I was referred to David and I will tell you, my experience was by far superior compared to any I’ve ever had in auto glass and sadly I’ve had my fair share of bad luck with my windshield’s getting cracked from rocks. They were very professional, came directly to my house, we’re done in a very timely manner and the work is pristine.
