Hi I tried to contact more than hundred times from last week, phone calls always ended up on automated machine and never reach to the person to talk. Then I went to the address which they gave on website but the location was incorrect and I really disappointed. I saw an apartment for rent which is listed by Verrazano brokage but I don’t know how can I reach to them.

The pictures they took of the place accurately matched the actual apartment - which might not seem like much, but if you’ve been apartment hunting before in the city, you know some people use just the right angle to make a closet look like an extra bedroom.

Bad customer service,went there looking for an apt 3 years ago, told me they were gonna call me to let me know about any Apts available ,still waiting on that call.... I called them again about a week ago,left my number because they don’t answer their calls,still waiting on that call
