We decided to sell our house after my father died. It was a long process for us to get the property ready for listing (probate, property clean up, etc.). Bob Veevers at Veevers Realty Group was introduced by a neighbour as a potential realtor. It was 2 years later before we signed a contract with him to list our house but during that entire period he kept in touch. Helped us get a property assessment for the probate, brought my mother homemade Christmas cookies, called or stopped by to check on our progress. His help and genuine kindness is why we hired the Veevers Realty Group. Even after listing, he was able to sell our house only after 2 days of showings. From the time of signing the sale contract to the day of closing he continued to go above and beyond to make the transition smooth... even going so far as to have his son mow the lawn. I highly recommend their services to anyone trying to sell their property. They care.

Bob and his team were honest straight forward and got things done , quick responses and great communication, no razzle dazzle no semi celebrity paid for endorsements just honest hard work . I would rank Kyle Veeres of Veevers Realty Group as the best realtor I have dealt with. I have bought and sold due to moves many times. We were going through a very difficult time as a family. Kyle sold our family home quickly even though the real estate market was stalling. He not only sold in less then a week but he also obtain asking price. In addition, Kyle help find and close on a new home in a very defined region (which was challenging) in less then 60 days. But this is not all, Kyle saw I was under pressure and dealt with many things that I would have had to. He made my life easier. He had solutions and helpful advice for many things. Above all he is honest, trustworthy and goes over and above.
I highly recommend him.
