I've been with variety insurance about 10 years I liked because the costumer service was really good. I know they've been busy lately. But the costumer service very bad . We need to work on that. They keep me waiting in line for 20 minutes then they hang up. I call back they say that they are busy with bad attitude. Honestly very disappointed with the service.

Very poor Customer Service with Lizet Tinajero. They have personnel that do not know how to send Certificate of Insurances via emails. The receptionist would tell me,
"Yes I emailed it"...Checked my email and nothing. Finally, today, after going back and forth, I asked the receptionist if she was new, she said, yes.
Please let the person on the line know that you have someone NEW on board so that customers are more understanding. Instead of resolving this situation, Lizet Tinajero comes to the line asking how she can help me. I was explaining to her the whole ordeal I was being put through to get a copy of a Certificate of Insurance...She starts having this attitude with me explaining there were 7 girls working at the office and that they were very busy. I can understand when you're busy...Tell the person on the line...you're sorry but you are busy but will get back to you, instead of saying nothing and simply putting us on hold. Don't tell a customer you sent a certificate of insurance, when in reality, you never sent it! Follow through what you say. Don't lie to people, Don't needlessly put them on hold to get rid of them. I was on hold today four times for the longest time. I would hang up and call back, again putting me on hold without anyone ever answering. I'm upset at how all this got handled by Lizet Tinajero, Licensed Agent.
Lizet got involved and asked me what I needed, I explained my frustration to Lizet, instead of handling this professionally, she tells me IT'S NOT MY PLACE TO TELL HER HOW TO HANDLE THE OFFICE.... I'm sorry, but I had to tell her to go to HELL.
This is not how you take care of customers. I'm very happy that I have a great Insurance agent Tim from OZK Insurance. When I call Tim, for a Certificate of Insurance, TIM is always there. He knows how to be a true agent.

Very BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. It took three days just to email me a Certificate of Insurance. Today, I was put on hold four times. No one answered. Lizet Tinajero is one of the rudest Licensed agent I've ever spoken to. I'm explaining to her the situation, instead of handling this whole situation professionally she told me IT'S NOT MY PLACE TO TELL HER HOW TO HANDLE THE OFFICE... If you want respect Lizet, you need to respect as well. I'm very glad I don't have you as my agent. My agent is Tim at OZK insurance in Rogers. He's always very professional and efficient with everyone. I hope you learn from great etiquette Lizet. I don't understand how you could be an insurance agent.

If they really cared about their customers they wouldn’t offer an insurance policy that has 1.5 rating like Trexis and has so many BBB complaints! Moving with a new agency!
