Van Ann is excellent and your BEST choice when choosing a realtor to help you buy and/or sell your home. I have used Van Ann multiple times over the years, most recently to sell my home. As always, she is incredibly responsive, dedicated to help you meet your goal, her hands-on approach and attention to detail is what sold our home with multiple offers in the first weekend during an open house. Van Ann was an absolute joy to work with. We are first time home buyers, and Van Ann really held our hand throughout the process. She was so supportive and thoughtful. She really knows her stuff, and always goes the extra mile for her clients. She was able to move quick and often got us the first showing at properties we were interested in, which is essential in this competitive environment. For the home we eventually bought, Van Ann helped us put together an offer that beat out 9 others while staying well within budget. We were searching for our dream home for nearly 9 months, and Van Ann never stopped working hard to bring great options to our attention. She has great attention to detail, and pointed out elements that were potential red flags or things that would help with resale down the road. Selling a home is definitely not easy, even though the house has a first floor master bedroom, in a great school district and close to everything such as shopping and the train to the city. We could not sell our house last year and decided to give Van Ann a try this spring. We were impressed by her questions during the interview. She did a fantastic job in planning and marketing for the house, finding us a carefully selected group of home buyers. The house went on the market while we were on our 10 day Japan vacation. It got multiple offers and the contract was signed before we came back. Van Ann handled all the negotiations for us and got the best offer, way better than what we could have imagined. The whole process was smooth. As the homeowner, we got her full undivided attention and she kept our best interest in her mind. Van Ann is the top tier real estate professional everyone hopes to find but rarely does. We couldn't be happier that we were able to partner with her. She both helped ensure we achieved a good value from the sale of our home as well as helped us find our next dream home. From taking exterior photos months in advance of selling the home to achieve the best presentation (due to seasonality), to bringing in a specialist to help with staging and really putting in the work, every detail of the sales process was expertly attended to and well communicated. When we needed additional specialists for updates or repairs, she always had excellent people in her network. If you are seeking someone who can serve as a true consultant in the buying and selling process and are willing to take guidance, then in my opinion (as someone who has worked in professional sales for 2 decades) you cannot do better than Van Ann.
