Today is 11/1/2024, and I am again finally getting my car and home insurance coverage from Valley West Financial Insurance Services. Robert Spencer patiently dealt with all my questions, requests for quotes and re quotes. What a wonderful professional and human being.

Genevieve Haroldson went above and beyond in assisting me with my home owners insurance on a new home purchase! Menifee city seemed to be difficult to find insurance on my own but the minute I found Genevieve she was exceptional. She was knowledgeable and thorough. She was detailed and patient as she shopped around for insurances. She didn't settle with just any insurance but ensured my policy carried the right amounts and covered everything we asked for. She was constantly communicating with us along the way to let us know that she was still shopping around and had not given up. If she had not called to keep me posted I may have settled with one of the other carriers at a huge premium. I waited 2 days which is not bad at all and it saved me thousands of dollars. She called to explain everything from policy amounts, policy coverage, escrow documents, inspection and all. I can't tell you how impressed I am to have experienced such exceptional and professional customer service. I own two homes and will continue to utilize her services for all my future homes! Valley West is Great!
Robert was Knowledgeable, Helpful, & Friendly. He went above and beyond to help find the perfect policy to cover our Home & Vehicles. He was even able to save us a significant amount, over our previous broker (who jacked up our rates without notifying us). I'm a very satisfied customer, and would highly recommend their services to ANYBODY looking for Insurance Services.
