Great experience. Mark helped me in opening a bank account today. He was very thorough in all information he brought to the table. I felt very comfortable and he answered all my questions. I often notice that this bank has a shortage of tellers on duty or is inefficient in processing transactions quickly. I waited in line for 20 minutes and noticed that the sign near one of the teller's coin machines was not functioning. Typically, this information is posted on the entrance door. I am very frustrated with the service. If someone asks where I bank, I certainly won’t recommend this bank, especially in the northeast, until the quality of service improves.
