The cost of rent doesn't just include the apartment space that you occupy, it includes certain services like maintenance and sanitation. In some cases, a laundry facility, pool if applicable, landscaping, groundskeeping etc. Here, I'm not sure what my sister's paying for because none of those services have been kept up in any acceptable way. Dumpster areas are atrocious. Cluttered with old garbage and junk. Some of that of course is due to lazy tenants, but it's up to the staff to take care of these areas. The laundry room is a science experiment. One washing machine had standing water in it that had been there long enough to create a foul stench. The detergent dispensers are crusted over and beginning to mold. The same insect and spider carcasses have been on the floor and walls for months. Good luck getting any regular maintenance done much less anything more complicated. And if you call the maintenance emergency number, your repeated messages will not be returned. So, my question remains...what is she paying for?

The new manager (Georgia) is awful. Rudest person I’ve ever encountered.

Since then Tonya has been the manager, and she’s amazing. The maintenance, Ernie, does excellent work. They are getting the place back to being nice again. I give Tonya and Ernie ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The best apartment/condo in Clarksville. Very clean, and quiet. They maintain the apartments well. Washer/dryer hook ups in the individual apartments, also have laundry facilities on the property. Work out room, and pool. I've always lived in a house, but never thought I would enjoy apartment life so much.

The management is superior here. She stays on top of the rules and regulations and maintains a clean and family friendly neighborhood! I would recommend living here to others.
