I have only had personal experience with one of the brokers DAVID MORRIS. Who was highly rude and unprofessional. Does not take the time to explain anything to you as his main “employers” are the owners. David has made it very difficult to get anything fixed in our home.. for example the poor plumbing job that was done continued to be an issue once they finally got to it they left a huge hole in my wall next to our major heat source .. so instead of heating my home it just wasted money.. he also told me after we had the lease signed that the things I was asking for (ie cleaning the boogers off the walls in the rooms and cleaning the carpets) .. he said “the owners are ready to walk” the leases were signed and I was 6 months pregnant .. well now to top everything else off .. the owners went with a different agent to sell the home and so now David will not even correspond with us.. even though technically I believe we are still considered tenants of valley brokers on main .. I am a single disabled mother and if anything a little bit of positive report would have gone a long way.
