The worst agency that you could ever deal with. Not highly trained and will not back you up with any issues. We sold our previous home with this company and purchased our new home with them. Our broker agreed that no inspection was necessary and felt confident that the house was in great shape. Upon moving in we found that the property disclosure was far from accurate. The agency will not back us up and has been very disrespectful through the entire process. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY.

Don’t buy a property they represent. They will promise you things will get done after close and then NEVER return a text or phone call and you are left with touch up needing to be done, cracked backsplash they won’t fix, and more importantly a yard of DIRT and no loam and grass seed as was promised at closing.
