Twice now during major storms in California I’ve watched my neighbors houses replace damaged property with no hassle from their insurance and fair value. Every time I submit a claim I wait to see how low can they go… 8 years always paying premiums on time to be treated like garbage th first time we ask for help even though the property damage directly places my family in danger from repeated highway intrusions of vagrants and the offer doesn’t include a safe replacement. Watching their commercials where it all so easy and they care..

I get a fraud alert and call in that 3 charges weren’t authorized. Lady tells me they’re closing down my card and that I’ll get it in 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS. It’s my debt card … I need access to my money. They apparently can’t overnight even though they’ve done it for me before AND when I ask for a manager they don’t have one on duty so they can only set up a call back in the morning … the lady said she’d stay on the line so I can go to an ATM to take money out to tide me over and she goes and CANCELED MY CARD ANYWAY.

Horrible service… IF YOU ARE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE WHY DONT YOU OFFER SOLUTIONS INSTEAD OF JUST SCREWING PEOPLE
